Pluto Golf Returns Policy
At Pluto Golf, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Our returns policy is designed to be transparent and straightforward. Please review the details below for information on how to initiate a return. Please note, we only accept returns from the USA and refunds are given as STORE CREDIT. All International Sales are FINAL.
1. Returns Period:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be received within 14 days of the original purchase date.
2. Condition of Returned Items:
- All returned items must be in new, unused, and undamaged condition.
- Items must include all original tags, accessories, and packaging.
3. Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Unfortunately, we do not accept international returns at this time. Returns must be made within the United States.

5. Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@pluto.golf to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item(s) to the provided return address using a trackable shipping method.
6. Return Inspection and Processing:
- Once your return is received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return policy criteria.
- Refunds will be applied via store credit and processed within 5-7 business days after inspection and approval.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria or if the return is outside the 14-day window.
7. Exclusions and Limitations:
- Sale and clearance items are non-returnable unless they have a manufacturing defect.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- All international sales are final.
